We’re a family-run business that started out in 1999 and since our inception, we’ve built a strong reputation throughout Epsom and the surrounding areas as home care specialists with a caring touch. Every community care worker and live-in care worker on our team undergoes DBS checks to ensure they are suitable for the position when applying for care worker’s jobs.
Our credentials are reinforced through our memberships with the United Kingdom Home Care Association and the Surrey Care Association. Our entire business outlook is focused on the people we care for and the people who work on our behalf.
To ensure we always deliver the finest standards of care, we are continually looking for motivated care workers to fill care jobs in the Epsom area. Our company is able to offer attractive rates of pay, flexible working hours and excellent opportunities for career progression. Community care workers can be taken on without experience as full training is given for this position.
Live-in care worker’s jobs require that you have experience and excellent references although we can provide additional training to bring you up to our required standards if needed. Our own service users include elderly and young persons living in Epsom, Ewell and the immediate local area. You will need to have a car and hold a valid license for this role.
Typical duties in care jobs include personal care such as assisting with washing and dressing, preparing meals in the homes of our service users and administering medication. Perhaps most importantly, our care workers provide the companionship that some of our service users are desperately missing in their lives and this is what ultimately makes our care jobs so rewarding.
