Person-Centred Care for Young People and Young Adults

Classic Home Care Services provides tailored, person-centred support for young people and young adults, helping them live safely, confidently and independently at home and within their community.
As a family-run care provider, established in 1999, we work closely with individuals, families and support networks to deliver care that is calm, consistent and shaped around each person’s needs.

Individual care plans, built around the person

Every individual we support receives a personalised care plan, developed to reflect their needs, abilities, routines and goals.
Our approach focuses on:
Maximising independence
Preserving choice and control
Supporting wellbeing at home and in the community
Adapting care as needs change over time
Care can be provided from 2 hours through to 24-hour support, depending on what is required.

Who we support

Our trained care staff work alongside young people and young adults with a wide range of needs, including:
Autism
ADHD
Learning disabilities
Asperger’s syndrome
Eating disorders
High-needs care
Complex care, including hoisting and PEG feeding
Support is always delivered with sensitivity, patience and respect, by care workers experienced in working with younger people and complex needs.

Flexible support, at the right times

We understand that care needs don’t always fit neatly into standard schedules.
Support can be provided:
During the day or evening
Overnight
On a live-in basis
Short-term or long-term
As urgent or emergency cover, where required
Care is arranged to suit the individual and their family, not the other way around.
