Live-in Care.
Live in care is your alternative to a residential or nursing home. You will receive one-to-one full time care from a highly trained member of our staff team. A live in care worker allows you freedom of choice, promotes your independence and improves your quality of life. The service is flexible and may only be required for a short period following a hospital discharge or long term.
We will provide a service, which meets your personal and individual needs. We will focus our service on your personal choices and expressed wishes. We will ensure you always have control and the right of choice over your care plan. We will balance choice and independence around your needs. We will ensure you have right of choice and control over your care package at all times. We will make regular visit and hold reviews with all service users, families and representatives.
We offer continuity by providing one main care worker to support your 24 hour care package.
Your care worker will provide full personal care, support with medication, cooking meals of your choice. Provide companionship, organise daily routines and activities and all household duties.
